The Challenge

The challenge for this project was to create interfaces and audiovisual content for each section of the platform, in order to teach new employees about the internal processes of the company. Additionally, the goal was to promote employee competitiveness by implementing a scoring system based on the number of approved modules.

  1. The first step for this project was to gather and organize the process information provided by the responsible individuals in each department of the company.


  2. The second step involved researching the educational platforms that employees had previously encountered and learning about their experiences with them.


  3. The main functionalities within the platform were established. Creation of audiovisual materials for each module.


  4. Measuring the efficiency of employees after using the platform, based on the data provided beforehand by the managers of each department within the company.
