The Challenge


  • Make allusion to the nature and mountains that surround the areas where the residential properties with houses and/or available lots are located, in order to highlight this amenity.


  • Highlight the eco-friendly materials used in the residences.


  • Promote and formalize a business model that the company has been implementing. This model involves constructing residential properties for third parties.

  1. This project started with an audit where areas of opportunity were identified:


  • Adding a visible menu on all pages, providing access to the homepage from anywhere in the navigation.

  • Improving the information hierarchy and structure to add

  • Changing the color palette to a more inclusive and organic one that reflects the company's social commitment.


  1. The website content was divided into 2 business models. One is dedicated to the sale of residential homes in developments, and the other is focused on showcasing the custom home construction process under the Elga quality seal.


  2. The logo's design was slightly modified to give it a broader meaning and make it more appealing to the target market.

It is considered that the psychology of form belongs to the Gestalt theory, since both study the figure itself and its different perceptions and interpretations by human beings. Although there are several currents, it is generally accepted that each of the forms has consistent characteristics that will be listed below.


  • Circle: adaptability, movement, flexibility, creativity, wholeness, perfection, infinity, protection.


  • Square: solidity, strength, security, order, masculinity, stability, honesty, Realism, trust.


Therefore, it was decided to round the edges of the logo and give the buttons the same radius.


A color palette was chosen that not only is inclusive but also alludes to nature.


An interactive digital map was added, allowing for immediate visualization of the locations of the developments with houses for sale.
